Hi guys and gals .... sorry for the late reply hehehe .

I can share techniques in making superb sauces in the most closest to being authentic Italian as possible , I shared a video with Galadriel regarding also how to make the pasta totaly from scratch with just eggs and flou and it looks easy and comfortable for intermediate learning . I can only share knowledge for the moment and chip in for the ingredients . I dont have a kitchen that can accomodate the learning process .

BTW ... TIRAMISU ? Lami-a ana !!

My suggestion for the pasta dishes , a kitchen with a big table , stove , sauce pans and pots as the main players .

I am doing demo's at USC GH for the coege of education teaching the local chefs/cook , dieticians and nutritionist of Cebu , they have a decent kitchen / workplace pero problem is maka access lang are students from the courses na BSND and BCTA .

We need something in a home setting bisan dirty kitchen man lang basta naay table na at least 5' X 5' .
Janice .... ganahan na kaayo ko mo try gyud atong pasta from scratch . Ilabi na ang mga cheese tortellenis and ravioli's and the good 'ol spaghetti .
