kugihana ni tolstoi mubuhat og write-ups oi. thanks bai, very useful resource.

@zashikayie: lami ang 10 dove street, they serve sandwiches with soup and dessert. dugay na ko wala ka-adto. mas maayo if someone can post the contact number, you need to place a reservation since the place is very small.

@tolstoi: great write-up. Thanks for the info  I'm sure its going to be well-appreciated. Correct me if I'm wrong though but isn't Sol Y Luna closed already? replaced by the new Vietnamese Restaurant, Lemongrass?

For Tsai, I'd like to add the Peking Duck with Pancakes as a must-try as well as THE best Mango Panna Cotta in Cebu (my favorite dessert).
