    bitaw ko moluto ug paksiw na isda butangan suka, asin, blackpepper jud, (optional ang sili espada makalami pod sa lasa) ahus then ug magbukal na hinayan then butangan oil gamay...

    naa pod options butangan ug lemonsito with tambs-nakatilaw ko ani sa carenderia lami pd baya..

    dili jud mawala sa ako ang blackpepper

    sa ako papa mas prefer niya butangan ug luy-a...

    My inun-onan:

    Fresh fish (bisan unsa nga isda)
    Garlic/Ahos
    Black pepper/paminta
    bell pepper/atsal/siling spada
    Sesame Oil
    White Vinegar/Suka
    Salt

    Put all in a pot then cook in very low heat from 30 mins to 60mins.... yummy yummy

    ahos,
    sebuyas,
    asin,
    bitsin.
    - hinay ra ang kayo.
    - mas lami kung ma-ugmaan
