i'm a student of caro and marie since 2003...nice ngadto, daily basis lng ang class, usually from 2pm-5pm but there are some classes that last for 3days or even one week such as coffee making, cake decorating and the likes...ang teacher ky graduate of CIA gyud w/c stands for CULINARY INSTITUTE OF AMERICA one of the famous culinary school in the world aside from le cordon bleu...ang fee sa daily class ranges from 600-1000 while ang uban nga mu last ug 3 days or more ky mu range ug 2500-5000, it depends... = )

tyrone pwede monthly ang payment? naa ba 2 yrs course dha? pila kaha ang monthly..?? mka OJT ba nah cla?

try psca, sa banawa padung gud shepherd. nice didto, mahal lng but sulit.

i'm also a student of caro and marie for so many years now...sad to say, they don't offer 2 year course...short courses ra gyud cla.

Are the ingredients inclusive in the 600-1000/day at Caro and Marie? It's kindda pricey, isn't it, for a short course?

Hello! Naay ga-offer ug 6 months na course. It's called MOST Institute sa Mandaue. Ang whole course nila is 45k man siguro then included na uniform, use of the utensils and books. Wa lang apil ang ingredients sa inyo lutu-on. Murag mag-amot amot mo ana. Range is 500 to 1,000 depende unsa inyo lutuon. Once a week ang class nila for 6 months 9 to 6. Naa sad ko nahibaw-an isa ka school kanang Global Resources sa AS Fortuna. One month ni ila course then daily from 8:30am to 12noon, M-F. Ilang tuition is 11k wala pa apil ID (150 pesos and uniform 500 pesos). Both are accredited with TESDA diay. I forgot their numbers but i'll post them here inig makitan nako. Ang website sa MOST kay mostinstitute.org...i asked around kay akong bana ganahan mag chef nya mahal man kau ang sa banawa ug kanang atbang sa girls high so these are the more affordable ones I got in touch with. Ug naa pa mo lain nahibaw-an nga schools please include diri sa thread. My husband plans to start sa January sa Global kay mas barato nya naa na cert sa TESDA.

the cheapest way kay surf the net, look at youtube, and the like, they can provide detailed steps to make ur food perfect.

ako before kay ga enroll ko sa CARO n MARIE but karon kay crisis naman gud mag search nalang ko sa internet ug recipe na naay video. like pag christmas ako tanan luto gikan ra sa internet... lami baya ang timpla.... if nahan gyud mo ug certifacate dapat gyud mag skoling. for me cooking is my passion mao ne oki rako sa internet lang mag search...
