Ive been to a number of spa and massage parlos for the past 3 years...

recently I tried Meddah in crossroads banilad - I tried to close my eyes with the price just to reward myself for a job well done, they have this 2 hours Lomi Lomi massage (hawaiian thing which uses the elbo and arms for the massage) it was good, masseurs are professional, place is very SPA setting and the price is not so cheap but okay for a once a month or once every 2 month treat. For that session I paid 1,450 and i did not mind giving tip... to rate: 4/5

Grand Royal Spa - Banilad
250 whole body massage rate: 4/5
** not so good shower room (no hot and cold and was using a tabo during that time)
** I think they need to replace their towels kay murag daghan na kaayo ang nagamit
massuer is okay - professional rate: 3/5
place and ambiance: 3/5 - saba gamay then hayag ra sad di ka katulog.
all in all rating: 3/5

Nuat Thai - AS Fortuna (near AA bbq)
place: 4/5 saba lang kay mga koreans pero humot ang ila oil scent (di ka pwede maligo)
masseur: 4/5 depende sad naa maayo naa sad needs improvement
price: 5/5 - 150 for a traditional massage; 250 for swedish massage
all in all its 4/5

Nuat Thai - Talamban Branch (corner cabangkalan)
price: 4/5 varies - 200 for ordinary oil whole body massage (swedish style)
150 for a traditional massage
place: 4/5 they just renovated their place... mas nice and SPA like na
masseur: 4/5 - some are not so good
overall rating: 4/5

sawadee Banilad - price can be reasonable kay clean and soothing sad ang massage 4/5
** I think close na sila due to the bridge thingy in banilad

I've been a massage addict for 2 years na. So far ive visited numerous spas - Sawadee (pricey), The Spa, Ton ton, Thewi, Nuat thai and recently G Spa.

Usually kaning sa tonton, thewi and nuat thai..bati na ilang service..then saba ang mga tao. Sa Sawadee, ug the Spa nice kaayo but pricey.

I got to know of G Spa thru istorya, its near my place since im from talisay. Maka agi rako on my way home. I first tried their 1 hour body massage which is for P150, nice kaayo ang massage..nakatulog gyud ko..and wala rako gipukaw. The next time i visited G spa, i was told of their promo na for P400 you will enjoy 1 hour and 15 min. massage, sauna, foot scrub, then youll be serve a sandwich and a red iced tea. Buotan ang tag iya and very friendly. Since istoryan ko, she gave me an additional 10 min. head massage... Since then adto nako tig pa hilot, especially if stressed kaayo ko. The best sila so far and barato! They also have specialty massage - physical therapy, panuhot,etc... i am yet to try it!

Okay, I've had my fair share of gimmicks and late night outs, but now I feel fatigued every night after work --- which spa in this list (list!) is the best around the Makati Area? Island? Lasema? Spa 6750? I haven't tried any spa yet, so any suggestion would be nice. Thanks! ;D

mas nice sa d' aviary kay kuot kuoton ka. pag pa massage pud nako, naay nag sige agik-ik nga mga babaye, i guess taga call center to sila kay nag 'inglis inglis' man og nag tubag tubag sila bisan lahi lahi ilang cubicle. abi nila sila ra tao didto. paet!

ok ang holiday spa na turn off lang ko kay after sa massage i was led to a table by my therapist and made to write in her presente how much would I give as tip. Mo tutok ra ba gyud ang therapist pila imong isulat sa "tip slip" man daw to. He he feeling nako mura ko gitulis. Mohatag man gyud ko ug tip but not they way it was done. Kanang tip SOP naman na sa mga mag pa massage especially malipay ka sa ilang performance pero mao pa to akong experience nga gi ingon adto ko. As in murag directa gyud nga nangayo unlike sa tonton nga ang imong therapist mag wait ra man nimo dapit sa pultahan unya mo bow dayon. Maypa iapil nalang nila sa ilang charge ang tip.
