Lacto-Ovo Vegetarian: Now we're getting somewhere. These eat no meat at all. They will consume eggs and dairy products to a certain extent, some more than others. This is probably the largest class of vegetarians. I still don't know what the difference between Lacto-ovo vegetarian and just plain vegetarian is.
Vegetarian: Does not eat meat. Pretty much the same as Lacto-Ovo vegetarian if you ask me.
Ovo Vegetarian: I'm sure these are out there, vegetarians that will eat eggs but not drink milk or use other dairy products. You don't see this too much.
Lacto Vegetarian: Similar to Ovo Vegetarians except they will use dairy but not eggs. Maybe a finely split hair? Possibly but there is a name for everyone.
Vegan: These people use no animal products whatsoever or only under absolute duress (such as they say there is animal products in cars and computers, some things just can't be helped.)

i eat plenty of veggies... but, never will i be a vegan...
veggies are healthy, yes it has protein in it... which we call, incomplete protein... lacks essential and non essential amino acids... you can't develop and build up strong muscles if you eat ONLY veggies.... better yet, add Eggs, Egg whites, and fish to your diet... Its healthier than just veggies alone.... Soy is not pure protein, unless you'll take the processed one (supplement).

count me in.. 'been practicing the principle of yoga but no actual meditation. just the "no meat policy". If you really want to pursue the practice, kinahanglan gyud mo mobasa ug YOGA nga book kay according did2, ang baboy, manok, baka ug uban pang meat, dunay kaugalingon nga kinabuhi ug consciensya. if u slaughter and eat them, it is as if you are eating a crying person who dont want to be eaten and slaughtered just to satisfy one's clamor for food. Pero, i suggest, if dili gani mo mo-eat ug meat, refrain sad ug gamit ug mantika sa baboy..... 2 years gyud ko sa "no meat policy" pero when i started studying law, mura ug lisud gyud kay kuwang gyud sa protein..... pero not that its far over, balik nasad ko pero kuwang pa kaayo sa drive... thanks to the initiative of mr. Oakley....

I'm interested in becoming a vegetarian pero i'm not sure if i wanna go all the way. Maybe have meat once a week or so. I dunno yet. I want to start eating healthier though (increase intake of fruits and veggies). My problem is maglisod ko control sa akong food intake kay ang mga tao sa balay dili man kau health conscious gud. if matukod imo community oakboy apil ko!!! i've been looking for one dugay na kay mas nindot nang naay uban nimo karamay ba for support and dili ka mu lose hope. interested pud ko to join a yoga class. asa gani na kanang AMANDA MARGA? how much pud ang cost to join?
