Default GYM TALK

Istoryans are STRONG.

Let's talk anything about gym. From tips, to workout spots, to weight-lifting, funny experiences and more...

To start off, I can do 140 lbs. maximum on benchpress. I workout at Xanadu.
I am 5'11 and currently at 170 lbs. Kinda short on ten pounds but I'm working on it.

way back 2003, when I was still "religiously" going to the gym, my MAX for benchpress was 290lbs. 3 reps nya naay spotter kay lisod na! kafaet!

no kidding bro....if i'm not mistaken.... 100lbs + 35 lbs + 10lbs + 5lbs...mao jud ang plates sa left & right nako....so iadd nimo 290lbs tanan! hehehehe

I started out mga last week of January weighing 220lbs..then ended up 180lbs. by May....wala nako ni workout pagau pag June kay klase naman pud....

Obese and feeling something in my chest, 24-hour holter monitor. Medyo naa blema tungod kaon lechon and humba!

Yes I've lost 50 lbs in 9 months WITHOUT pills LOL. Get rid of the fat and replace with lean muscle. I just started serious weightlifting a month ago. From January mgweights sad ko ginagmay just to aid my fat loss. Right now, stop na pagamay, clean bulk ko kay nipis kaayo ko and lift heavier and eat more. Ang kaapan nako mgInom manko RedHorse twice a week! makahurot ko ug 5-6 bottles per session. Haay na lang! lami man ang bugnaw na RH oi!

PS. Dili lang nako erase-on ang nawong kay daghan mansad nakaila nako diri. PromoKids asa naman mo? LOL

Hey good on u! U look great

I used to go to the gym 5 times a week. I did cardio mostly - 1 hour of running then an hour of cross training and a class called body jam. I only did light weights to stay toned. I'll never forget the moment when my friend pushed me into the relaxation zone (sauna, steam room...) and found myself standing half naked infront of a group of guys who woundn't stop staring! Proper embarrassing!

im 5'7" and reached 140lbs benchpress (with spotter of course). my peak weight was 140lbs last january. didnt use any supplements.

now im only at 130lbs and havent gone back to the gym(weightlifting). got myself into boxing for months. i run 5-10 km three to four times a week.

mura mani ug testi oi. hehehehe...
