@ CHinochin: I think barkadahay man gyud mga tao sa gym (regardless kung asa na gym)... True sba-an si Meo pero u can always ask him to spot for you. Wala rman na sya libog, apil ila uban trainors... Thou sometimes di na sya mka spot dayon kay naa nag pa personal training niya dha...
As for Citigym, I visited there yesterday and medyo kulang sad ila free weights, thou daghan sad machine. If you're into heavy lifting, I wouldn't recommend this gym. OK sya for cardio exercises....

Ngstart kog gym last year for about 5 months dayon naka undang ko mga 1 year sd, now balik nko workout for 3months kapin na so far so good. But ning increase dyd ko og 60lbs for the whole 1 yr nko na undang hehehe!!

timbang nko pag undang nko last yr is 245lbs dayon ning increase ko og 60lbs so making it 305lbs pag weigh in nko last 3months ago and now my weight is 280lbs na lose ko og 35lbs since pagstart nko. I do workout 5 times a week. Cardio for about an hours trdmil 45mins nya crosstrainer 15 mins.

Mo buy ko hydroxycut hardcore will try unsay effect ana. So far wla ko gagamit supplements.

my height 5'8" tall

hehehe!!

mas pas2x ra ma lose sa weight kay dli man dugay na add ang 60lbs nko mga approxiamtely 1yr medyo dali ra e lose.

Control na sd ako diet, as in religious dyd. We have a regular nutritionist dietician sd sa gym.

dli sd ko ana vegetarian dli sd ka mo enjoy. I just eat minimal lng. Limit lng og kaon. Naa man koy g hatag sa akoa unsay dapat kanon og pla ra ka kilocalories needed nko sa ako lawas. Pero I have cheat day sd kanang Sunday hehehe!!!
