Yes lisod jud mgprepare ending ana dili na clean bulk sa imo, and lisod mansad jud mgclean bulk. Its pretty normal though you'll gain fat mag bulking ka, if dili ka kaprepare, pangita lang ug makaon na dili lami kaayo, hehehe arang2 na ang mga sinabwan bro (manok,isda) then half rice, payts na. But then again if u rili are serious im sure ul find time to prepare healthy food.

it will consist of..
chicken breast w/ skin
whole eggs
green leafy vegetables
coconut oil
canned tuna
peanuts

im 127lbs. ok ra na ang fat burner ni weider.. nipalit ko ana tag 7 raman gd ang tablet then 2 tablets before breakfst and lunch.. ok ra na? nag gym man pud ko

ok rana ang fat burner basta parisan nimog intensity sa gym. pero mag fat burner nya mag luya-luya ka eg workout nimo, ayaw nalang. ang ilhanan kung effective na kay maka feel kag warmness sa imong lawas, dali raka panington unya ma suppress imong appetite. kanang weider murag wala naman nay ayo karun kay ngalan nalay naka dag sikat ana but sa quality sa ilang produkto, i doubt. mas daghan pang effective nga fat burner compared to that. just my two cents.

Bro thats amazing! 170-180lbs sad ko sauna. i've never hit the gym before until my accident. i weigh around 160lbs now pero i was 150 months ago. Try shredding off 10 lbs next year after sa mga parties

di man mag need ug fat burner kung gaining ang gusto diba?

question about sets, kinahanglan ba humanon jud nako ang 3 sets sa usa ka machine bag-o mo balhin? or pde ra balhin balhin aron mapahuway gamay ang muscles?

kay kung usa ra ka machine, maglisud nako pag perform sa last set.

hello,share lang pud ko gamay.21 years old ko.5'10,175lbs unya naa pa mga baby fats.mga 2 months nako nag gym halos daily jud ko. i'm feeling healthy unya mas di nako mag asthma attack karon panahona. ako unya i post akong progress puhon2x kanang Matso2x nata gamay.hehe.Salamat kaayo.

I had to stop kay gi pulmonya ko.

any advice to avoid this? as far as I can tell, ako sad gi abuse ako lungs noon para cardio(threadmill ug track), nya wa ko nag gamit sa preventive medicine.

makapulmonya ba maligo after gym? kay murag first time sad to nako naligo sa metro sports but nag cool down sad ko bag-o ko nag showers. next time sa taas nalang ko nga showers kay di aircon hahaha

i go to the gym about 3-4 times a week but my goal is not to bulk up but just to get rid of stubborn belly fats and be lean. what i usually do is do more cardio and lift weights in high reps, kanang di kaayo bug-at but weights nga magkabug-at while nagkataas ang repetition. apart from that, i also jog 6 times a week in the morning and do exercises using my body weight.

i'm not taking any supplements but i do watch my diet. sakto ba ni akong gihimo? or are there any other activities nga makapapaspas sa paggawas sa effect?
