update: started slowly adding exercise back to my life.. hehehe.. maintainig nalang.. i do push ups and squats mao ra.. hehehe.. slow but sure..

that's good to hear P-Chan!!!

here's my update: i'm currently on sodium loading/depletion stage. after today, proceed na ko to carb loading stage for 3 days. but im a bit confused if i should be doing workouts during the carb loading phase. any ideas?

Okay pud unta ang SLIMMER'S WORLD. Nakakuha ko sa ila promo nga 7k for 9 months. Katong promo nila sa SM nga wala pa sila nag open. Okay kay daghan instructors mu assist. Ang kabati, isa isa ra ang equipment. Mag linya usahay. Nya hu-ot ang lugar.
