ang ON whey is also friendly to lactose intolerant people. it has lactase that helps break down lactose. I'm a lactose-intolerant person and i've been using ON whey for 2months now, im already on my 2nd 5-pound tub

Supply lang na kay mahal kaau diri sa Pilipinas bro . That is good for about 8 to 10 months of supply for me except for my multi vitamins and calium supplement .
