if ganahan ka pagamay sa imo body then you should start doing cardio exercises (taebo,aerobics, etc.) + proper diet...you can lift weights but not so heavy weights dapat and also high reps and sets para maburn jud ang fats..naay daghan info sa net brod about losing weights and exercise program and it's best to start NOW!! =)

Day 1- Chest, Shoulders, Tris Day 2- Back, Traps, Biceps Day 3- Legs I regularly change my rest days but before ko mu start for the next week, I always finish the entire split. So far, effective baya for me di pa kaayo ko dugay nag gym pero kita na kog results in terms of strength ug mass, though di pa kaayo dako hehe. Padayon nako ni hantod December then change ko program inig January. ![]() Oh, I forgot cardio gyud ko before each workout para init na daan before mag lift. |
