yup, naa ra diha sa basak. murag duol ra siguro na sa inyuhang haus. first is himuan ka niya ug program then tudluan ka niya unsaon pag execute sa mga exercises based sa imohang personal program. he/she will guide you through pud para ma achieve nimo ang imohang goal. naa pud silay aerobics, murag early morning man siguro na kung mwf unya 6:30pm mag start kung tths. ang tag-iya anang gym kay mag asawa mana sila unya mga previous champions pud sa body building competitions.

ahhhh... mao buh? wow.. so mahimo nang JLO atong lawas ani.lelx.. btaw? hmmm.. ill think about it pa kay murag consumed man gud kaau ako oras sa work tapos naa sad business buh.. gamay nlng gani ako sleep.. mao na gka dako ghapon kay bawi man sa kaon..hahaha... btaw, thanks for the info!

good morning bro. wala gyud ko naka balik ngadto yesterday kay na apikihan ko diri sa office, naa man gud daghan dinalian. murag dili sad ko muadto today kay likay ko sa trapik sa lacion kay fiesta unya daghan kaayo mga tawo. mga next week pa ko balik bro, probably tuesday or wednesday.

didto ko yesterday and pwerteng kamingaw tungod sa fiesta. after workout, namiesta mi sa ilang konsehal nga usa pud ka gym buddy with the owner.

helow. naa moi nahibaw.an nga gym nga duol ra sa USC-main?? para ighuman klase kay dritso dayon ba. kanang pwede ang girls. hehehhe. never pa ko ka.try og go sa gym. wanna try it. pang de-stress and to stay fit pud thank you daan xD
