pero if you'll opt for an assisted bodybuilding (with steroids), then i guess you can have more tolerance. some can go as high as 20% bodyfat, and can trim down to 8% with minimum muscle loss (or can even gain more muscles at the same time). mao gyud nang problema sa natural -- cutting your bodyfat will compromise your muscles as well, supplements like L-Glutamine and BCAA's can only do so much

From personal experience lng, mas nindot kung dli kaau ka bulky if you want the so-called pang boracay body. actually, mao sad na akong goal. but the thing is, gkan ko pagkaobese so mao na naay mabilin2 na remnants of my fatness hahaha. gaining ko ron ug maskels kay yat2 na kaau ko tanawn kato cge rkog cardio. so far ok2 na akong nagain so mubalik na pod ko cardio para matrim nsad ang fats. then focus nsad ug gain muscles then cardio nsad. the cycle goes on hehe mao na kung slim ka gkan, mas ok jud ang gawas kay mklaro dayun ang muscles. just my 2 cents on the matter.
