better if you opt to ask for yourself kay wala ra ba koy profit ani, lolz. bitaw bai, nindot if you can assess yourself sa place kay basin ug masobrahan or makulangan akong ma-type dire. ok? as for me their price is cheap but with great amenities not comparable sa mga backyard gyms.

if you want to go on the natural path (no steroids) then i suggest you don't bulk yourself up too much. as much as possible, stay within 10-13% bodyfat. ayaw gyud ug lapas, mulapas na gani kag 13%, trim down sad dayun. kay kung magpa-bulk kag maayo then cut, chances are you'll look the same as when you started pero if you'll opt for an assisted bodybuilding (with steroids), then i guess you can have more tolerance. some can go as high as 20% bodyfat, and can trim down to 8% with minimum muscle loss (or can even gain more muscles at the same time). mao gyud nang problema sa natural -- cutting your bodyfat will compromise your muscles as well, supplements like L-Glutamine and BCAA's can only do so much

mao lagi. although some of the logic in this diet doesn't make sense to me, it's another risk that i'm willing to take. so far man gud, no particular diet have ever worked for my current goal. i'm just keeping an open mind, di man gud ta sigurado pirmi how our body will react to any diet unless we try it

...and for the record, when i tried wisechoice's diet, the one with 1kg+ of breast fillet and several eggs per day, i did gain around 6-8lbs in 5weeks, but i panicked because i couldn't wear my pants anymore. so i started cutting back only to realize that i just went back to where i started. so i concluded that wisechoice's diet is not for me, money and effort wasted but not in vain

one way to measure it is by skinfold caliper, naay baligya si wisechoice ana (i'm not advertising ). or pwede pud diha sa mercury drug, naa silay pang-measure kanang hulog2x ug P5.00. it's not that accurate but atleast you could have an idea or baseline

@mikoy. From personal experience lng, mas nindot kung dli kaau ka bulky if you want the so-called pang boracay body. actually, mao sad na akong goal. but the thing is, gkan ko pagkaobese so mao na naay mabilin2 na remnants of my fatness hahaha. gaining ko ron ug maskels kay yat2 na kaau ko tanawn kato cge rkog cardio. so far ok2 na akong nagain so mubalik na pod ko cardio para matrim nsad ang fats. then focus nsad ug gain muscles then cardio nsad. the cycle goes on hehe mao na kung slim ka gkan, mas ok jud ang gawas kay mklaro dayun ang muscles. just my 2 cents on the matter.
