Depends man sad good. if you want to lose weight. then more time and more days in the gym.. but if you want to get big. I suggest na 3-4 days lng and 1 hour gym.. spending too much time in the gym will just make you burn too much calories.. i need those calories for getting big :P.
Btw.. i dont understand my body.. before i was chubby.. then i got to thin.. so i changed my program to like.. no diet at all. so i've gain weight.. muscles and fats.. but whats amazing is still see my abs.. not the ripped though and i still have my cuts.
