me, i consumed 2-3 hours a day and 2-3times a week.

how about the others?its good to know how others do their routines for benchmarking.

Depends man sad good. if you want to lose weight. then more time and more days in the gym.. but if you want to get big. I suggest na 3-4 days lng and 1 hour gym.. spending too much time in the gym will just make you burn too much calories.. i need those calories for getting big :P.

Btw.. i dont understand my body.. before i was chubby.. then i got to thin.. so i changed my program to like.. no diet at all. so i've gain weight.. muscles and fats.. but whats amazing is still see my abs.. not the ripped though and i still have my cuts.

Chest workout nako kay Weighted dips, Decline dumbell press and flat bench press then Dumbell Flyes daun. 3x8,6,4 tanan

ive been doing my work out for almost 2 months already... monday - saturday no absent... i spent 3-4 hours in the gym doing prt and aerobics... and so far i lose about 4 kilos sa ako timbang ... syepre diet sad and take suplement...

for almost 3 months ko ni balik sa gym naka lose kog 5kg. pero dli ko ganahan kai dli man ko tambok. =( from 90kg to 85kg. pero nawagtang gamay tambok sa tiyan. =)

guys ask ta ko ninyu if sakto, kuwang or sobra ra ba ni akong chest exercises

dumbbell incline press 20-20lbs 12reps, 30-30lbs 10 reps, 8 reps
dumbbell bench press - 20-20lbs 12 reps, 30-30lbs 10 reps, 40-40lbs 8 reps
dumbbell flyes - 15-15lbs 12,10,8 reps
bar incline press - 45lbs 12 reps, 65lbs 10 reps, 75lbs 8 reps
bar bench press - 65lbs 12 reps, 75lbs 10 reps, 90lbs 8 reps
bar decline press - same with bench press
peck deck - 40lbs 12 res, 50lbs 10 reps, 60lbs 8 reps
chest dips - 15 reps

kuan.. mao ni ako routine since 5x a week rko makaworkout

M - HEAVY chest, shoulder, traps, abs
T - LIGHT biceps, triceps, back
W - HEAVY lower, abs
Th - LIGHT chest, shoulder, traps
F - HEAVY biceps, triceps, back, abs
