dpende mana sa state sa imong lawas bai ug unsa imong routine. i wouldn't recommend working out everyday kung imong target area sa weight training will be the same. if muscle gaining ka, it's advisable to take off days in-between unless for 5 days lain2x ang target nimo na body part. kay the resting period will be important to the progress your muscles will make. if maintenance ra ang imo sa weight lifting though nya cardio or trimming down ka, ok ra everyday basta dili lang sad hardcore kaayu labi kung before ka sa trabaho tigworkout. just make sure you aren't too burned out for work. and again, balance rest days and training days cause resting is just as important as working out. just my 2 cents

i would say lisud kaayu mag work out during graveyard shift. Required number of hours of sleep is very minimal.

theoretically bro okay na, but unfortunately at times we cannot dictate our minds to close our eyes and sleep, hehhe.

but for me its not a hindrance, ang problem lang is seldom na ang gym work during graveyard to cope up with sleep. maayu gani naa pud mi day shift,yahoooo..
