gamita lng bai, diferent kind of suplement mn na cla sa creatine...take it 30 minutes before u workout...mas ma feel nmu ang extra pump then mas vascular ka tanawun coz manggawas imung veins if nipis2 naka ug bodyfat..very good suplement..

thanks bro, gigamit na nako bag-o lang pero murag wa kaayo koy nabantayan na substantial effect. although kabantay ko na murag wa kaayo ko kapuya after the workout. pero strength wise, murag way kausaban. i'll try double dose tomorrow, sakto kaayo for my deadlift, rows, and pull ups, tan-awon nato unsay katag...

for me, i dont expect makusgan ko sa supplements,,,strength will be develop along the way raman...

maayo mo diha oy kay tuna, chicken, whey, etc. inyo food. manitinir lang tawn kog monggos, buwad og mais diri. paeta ning crisis oi!

ah ok... follow up lang, for ex. same size ang chicken, then gi boil, ang usa gi fried, ang usa gi steam, same raba servings of protein ato makuha? no matter how we cooked the chicken? same with egg?..
