thanks bro, gigamit na nako bag-o lang pero murag wa kaayo koy nabantayan na substantial effect. although kabantay ko na murag wa kaayo ko kapuya after the workout. pero strength wise, murag way kausaban. i'll try double dose tomorrow, sakto kaayo for my deadlift, rows, and pull ups, tan-awon nato unsay katag...
