about sa Pre workout nga whey if u want the bcaa, palit lng lahi ug bcaaa or amino acids pwede sd na nimu magamit anti catabolic stage... my logic of that is if ill take my whey protein before workout, that will be use as the fuel sa imu whole time nga naa ka sa gym...mao na after jud ko mu take 3 scoops whey with glutamine para recovery..

about sa imu protein, kanang tuna in can bai, gamay kau na..try to squeeze it dba gamay kau mabilin ana...

9am - cardio take 5 amino acid
10am- 3 scoops whey and 1 scoop weight gainer

help need advice... naa ko dumb bells, barbels ug bench ngari sa balay...ganahan ta ko magwork-out pero dont know where to start jud... pwede ngau ug advice ninyo asa ko magstart ug work out??

gi-debate pa ni karun, lain2x man gud ang absorption for each individual. and if you're a pro bodybuilder or seriously desire to gain muscle, maniguro nalang gyud ka. for them, it's better na sobra ka sa protein kaysa kulang. that's why they take liver tabs along with it.

ako (2) dumbbells, (4) 10lbs plate and (2) 5lbs plate.. nag hinay2x ko ug save to renew my gym membership and maybe some whey.. pero for now mao pa ako... I believe ma kaya ra baya even with these limited equipments and of course with matching eating right..

mao ni ako routine

day 1
a1. push up
a2. dumbbell bend over row

day 2
b1. squat
b2. lunges

day 3
c1. dumbbell bend over row
c2. dips

superset 5 set 8 reps

you can do variations if ma pul.an ka..
