for me it depends , if u wanted to gain wait and earn some muscle u need to take some protein & creatine. but if ur a little bit big u dont need to take those protien stuff u can just take on glutamine.. So it all depends on ur body type and what u want in ur body

naa sa may velez dapit or inside rain tree mall , im just not sure if they still exist thou, pro if ganahan ka ug bara2 naa daghan sa colo like near UC or even near USJR.. yes ur a correct "some" people dhe metro sports snob kaayo. pro if you want to get results and even meet friends unlike sa imo gym na mention.. naa daghan dha sa downtown.

went to workout fitness center ganina. 550 per month plus 110 membership. I think I will enroll tomorrow. kay sweldo man. bad trip lang kay street parking.
