Guys. Question.

If you are to choose THREE (for some financial budget issues) supplements to work with your diet and exercise (weight lifting and cardio), what would it be and why.

They say that the POWER MAN'S THREE are Creatine, Protien and Glutamine. Would you agree? Or do you have your own choices?

for me it depends , if u wanted to gain wait and earn some muscle u need to take some protein & creatine. but if ur a little bit big u dont need to take those protien stuff u can just take on glutamine.. So it all depends on ur body type and what u want in ur body

rhomboids and traps are part of your back.

also avoid hitting your traps during shoulder exercises. if you're executing upright row incorrectly or raising dumbbells above shoulder level on your side laterals, it will hit your traps

correct, because normally, you acquire bodyfat together with muscles during the bulking stage

hehehe. it seems that every shoulder movement i do hits my traps, thats why i do traps with shoulders nalang. Halos parehas man gud ug movement function ang shoulders ug traps, thats is to pull vertically against gravity.

thanks.

hmmm... the only pulling exercise for shoulders that i know is upright row. shrugs is definitely for traps alone, it should not hit your shoulders in any way, unless if you're executing it incorrectly. try nalang military press or arnold press, i'm sure you won't hit your traps with these exercises. by the way, stay away from behind-the-neck press, that's a big risk of getting shoulder injury. military press is much safer and serves the same purpose

upright row is considered a compound exercise.

it hits the biceps, shoulder and of course, the traps.

i usually hit the traps last... after i'm done with the whole shoulder exercises.
