now on being putot unya dakog lawas, i think its in your genes bro. kung niwangon ka ug gamay ka ug frame, paghunahuna lang nga kung magdiet ka unya mareplace ang fats into muscles (dili ingon nga ang tambok mahimong muscles, it means na manipis imo fats ug mudefine imong muscles) ang imong lawas more or less same ra sa imong lawas karon pero with muscle definition na. kanang mudako ang muscle, protein diet na cya ug heavy lifting mao na nga pumped kaayo.( naa pud na silay diet gifollow mao na magkadako na sila kung sakto ang cycle pero kung sayop pud, mugamay pud na sila, like what happened to some that i heard from a bodybuilder friend of mine)

ako dili pud ko ganahan nga mura ug body builder. pero dako ang ako frame, dili ko makchieve ug pina varsity nga lawas pero ako lawas dili sad pinabodybuilder. sa body type, i think mura ko ug endo mesomorph, i easily gain fat like kung magrice lang ko ug pila ka adlaw i become heavy and bloated, kung no rice for a few days complete with workout and excercise, i can lose about 1lbs in two days.

frontways dako ko tan awn, dako ang ako chest ( 41 inches, wala jud ni gamay since pagtambok nako), ang hawak 36 inches (which im trying to lose a few more inches, bilbil naman lang ang gapuno sa inches ani, i think 32 is enough, i duno kung pila para proportioned) , i havent measured my arms and legs tho...

sideways nipis jud ko tanawn (except for the abdomen, hehehe) i am thinking of jason scott lee nga pagka nipis. (in my dreams hahahaha)

i wish i could post my pic here para proof pero maulaw ko wui... dili man ta pareho sa mga hardcore nga mga tawo dinhi.. hehehehe one more thing, i got bad skin. wala ko nakasabot ani pero im prone to skin eruptions. any help on this kana gani murag pimple sa lawas pero walay ulo sama anang naa sa nawong.

naa ba gym uptown area na barato lang? kay akong plano... mag gym na lang ko after akong ihatod akong anak sa USC North Campus. kay sauna nag gym ko sa metro sports. wa ko ganahi kay ako rang usa. unya snob kaayo mga people ngadto.
