small frame siguro ka bro paubos gyod ka timbang basin mga 135lbs. ang sakto nimo. then ako friend cardio then superset exercise gaan lang nga weights nya migamay man pero grabe pod ang diet as in gamay ra gyod kaunon na rice. |

im weighing 165 lbs.
height 5'9" age 25.. Having workout for about 2 weeks pa lang. dunay gamay fats sa tiyan.. Mga master, unsay nindot nga program akong himoun ani? anyway, akong routine karon Day 1= chest/tricep (8-10 x 3) Day 2= back/bicep (8-10 x 3) Day 3= shoulder/legs (8-10 x 3) Daily = Abs Please help nindot ug ika recomenda. try doing compund execises(it works more muscles, so you get more for less).. since nag sugod pa man ka.. progressive ka add ug weight.. chest - bench press back - pull ups or lat pull down legs - squat shoulders - military press abs - crunches (20 reps) 12 reps 3 set to failure 3 times a week.. then cardio ka sa "off" days (MWF - lift; TTHS - Cardio; sunday - full rest) after one month balik ra diri.. ![]() hehehe.. |

and another thing i notice in the gym when you're doing deadlift is you're catching people's attention. maybe because they rarely see one doing it, or they feel bad for you thinking that you're just hitting your lower back with this exercise |
