mga bro, unsaon ni nako??
145 lbs ko, 5'2 ra ako height.
ganahan ko mag.gym, pero mahadlok ko na akong labas kay kana gaeng putot na dakog lawas ... lainan ko mg.tan.aw...gnahan ta nko m.achieve na lawas kay kana gaeng igo2x ra (kanang pina.varsity lang ba dili pina.bodybuilder)..unsaon mani nko mga ro?? thanks

mainten nalang sa timbang nimo bro proportion lang pod sa imo height nya pa lean nalang ka sa imo muscle. ok raman na imo timbang sa imo height labi na kon large frame ka pasok pa gihapon.

small frame siguro ka bro paubos gyod ka timbang basin mga 135lbs. ang sakto nimo. then ako friend cardio then superset exercise gaan lang nga weights nya migamay man pero grabe pod ang diet as in gamay ra gyod kaunon na rice.

trust me bro, it's not that easy to achieve the bodybuilder physique. kanang makit-an nimo diha na gagmayng tawo na dagkog lawas, most of them took more than 5years of serious bodybuilding... and i mean SERIOUS (strict diet, exercise, and rest)

so stop worrying about it and start pumping iron, ayt?

im weighing 165 lbs.
height 5'9"
age 25..
Having workout for about 2 weeks pa lang.
dunay gamay fats sa tiyan..

Mga master, unsay nindot nga program akong himoun ani?

anyway, akong routine karon
Day 1= chest/tricep (8-10 x 3)
Day 2= back/bicep (8-10 x 3)
Day 3= shoulder/legs (8-10 x 3)
Daily = Abs

Please help nindot ug ika recomenda.

mao ni ako recommend:

try doing compund execises(it works more muscles, so you get more for less).. since nag sugod pa man ka.. progressive ka add ug weight..

chest - bench press
back - pull ups or lat pull down
legs - squat
shoulders - military press
abs - crunches (20 reps)

12 reps 3 set to failure 3 times a week.. then cardio ka sa "off" days (MWF - lift; TTHS - Cardio; sunday - full rest)

after one month balik ra diri..

hehehe..

i agree, problema lang if you're lifting heavy sa squat, magpanagana kag lower down basta wa kay spotter. unlike deadlift, lifting straps lang ang katapat, you're good to go na. kapila sad nasamad akong shins anang deadlift, pero sige gihapon.

and another thing i notice in the gym when you're doing deadlift is you're catching people's attention. maybe because they rarely see one doing it, or they feel bad for you thinking that you're just hitting your lower back with this exercise

pero na bantayan nako sah.. ang squat mas mo work ang core kay sa deadlift na mas mo work ka sa back..

head turner exercise..hmm.. how about superman? heheh.. fun kaayo siya na exercise.. hahaha..
