i hope we don't emphasize on ab workouts when giving advise to people who want to get rid of their ab flab. we know better than that. our good admin didn't make this thread (Facts & Fallacy about our health) sticky for nothing.
yes, diet is definitely one factor, but i think it would be more appropriate to mention weight-lifting or cardio exercises than ab workouts. |

ig sugod, sakit sa bagtak tungod sa sprint. i remember before, wa na ko mag workout sa akong calves because i was doing HIIT in the morning every other day. paspas kayo ko gutumon ato, di maabtan ug 2hrs gutom na.
