i hope we don't emphasize on ab workouts when giving advise to people who want to get rid of their ab flab. we know better than that. our good admin didn't make this thread (Facts & Fallacy about our health) sticky for nothing.

yes, diet is definitely one factor, but i think it would be more appropriate to mention weight-lifting or cardio exercises than ab workouts.

good point.

actually, just like any other muscle, your abs do need workout especially the core muscle group.. the whole trunk, to be exact. they are considered as stabilizer muscles. daghan ga storya nga wa sila ga workout sa ila abs nganung gamay man lagi gihapon. well, depende pud na sa imong body type kay ang uban bisan unsaon nilag crunches, leg raise, etc., di man sila kakuha sa lawas ni marc nelson while ang uban nga way gi buhat nga ab exercise, way diet-diet yet ilang lawas naa may six pack pero ila trabaho kargador sa pier, in case you haven't notice. mokaon og pan paresan pag daghang soft drinks pero wala man gyud manambok mga tawhana.

meaning, case-to-case basis na. kung pareha ka laborious imo trabaho aning mga tawhana, imong ab maigo na one way or another and you burn more calories than you intake mao na nga bisag hi-carbo pana ila diet payter gihapon kaayog mga lawas.

also, if you're a genetic freak.

otherwise, you can do ab workout, lotsa cardio and fix your diet.

personally, i see people with the best abs in the gym and mind you, they have the most gruesome routine to get those packs out. talk about weighted sit-up, crunches, etc. unya kana pa gyung bug-at nga weight/plates gamiton.

i'm sure orcgod and wisechoice will agree with me. LOL!

i already posted a link that shows how ab exercises are to be done. i ask you earlier to post your link, but you'd rather keep the info yourself. and now you want me and the rest of the guys here to go there and exert *EFFORT* to search how those exercises you posted?

ig sugod, sakit sa bagtak tungod sa sprint. i remember before, wa na ko mag workout sa akong calves because i was doing HIIT in the morning every other day. paspas kayo ko gutumon ato, di maabtan ug 2hrs gutom na.
