mga bros! wa jud lagi ni firm ako abs....ako na baya gibuha tanan abs exercise....flabby man japun....especially ako lower tummy na part....i go to the gym everyday....do abs exercise...diets........unsaun jud ni....any advise?....especially sa mga nindot og abs diri....hehe

would you guys recommend hydroxycut? i heard it really helps but dangerous sad kay mo grabe jud imo heart rate? i mean when i do jogging/sprinting akong heart rate ma abot naman 177..

hi mga guys, ganahn mo gym na barato ari mo sa amo CALAMBA FITNESS GYM, naa sa lucio loperz drive v.rama avenue, cebu city, barato ra kaayo ang sessions and monthly plan, naa me mga baligya such as whey,fatburner and acaiberry,coloncleanser and other para pagamay og padako,check it out...

areobic and anaboic daw siya.. mao na ako gi apas kay as you may know.. very limited pa ako equipment at least ma isa nalng.. althought i think this is for cutting/toning/endurance.. nag tiguom pa ko para gym(super excited mode).. hehehe.. putol2x man ako traning.. cge lang na lingaw man pud ko sa protocol.. applying it to different exercises... hehehe..
