I workout at many gyms all around cebu city, and i can honestly tell you that Abellana Weightroom is great. The people around you are always smiling and also trying the same workouts. The location is perfect and the equiptment is all well maintained.
The service for personal assistance is so good.The prices are respectable and also if you go workout at Abellana, there is a high percentage to meet a oartner...

The marriott and City sports club are clean and have a very cozy surrounding to consider working out in a lesser populated club

mga bro ug sis, ask lang ko asa nindot nga gym na naay para cardio like treadmill, etc.? kana lang barato dili ko anang mga citi gym, holiday spa, or fitness first kay murag starting pako mag.work out and i'll start sa dili lang mahal... kinsa kahibaw pila ang monthly sa metro sports? naa bana sila 3months lang cause i heard naa na sila 1 year nga promo

yes, it makes sense. whey is protein in itself while amino acid is a supplement.. kung imong pagkaon kulang atong ilang gitawag og essential amino acids, then it helps nga mo take ka ani na supplement cos you're trying to build muscles working out. mao ni siyay building blocks of protein. just trying researching it through the web.

ako supplement karon BCAA, creatine, glutamine and whey.

Default Cebu Fitness Gym Rates

Hi I'm new here and I'm planning to enrol in a fitnesss gym near Lahug. I know Metro Sports, City gym and the Gym in JY Square mall but have not checked the place yet. Is there anyone who knows the rate or price of the membership or fees per month? thank you.

tiguman gyud? asa diay ka plano mag-gym bro? pwede raman tingali diha lang sa kilid2x kanang tag 300 per month, payts na na bro for the meantime bah! sa una bitaw bodytone gyud ko mag-gym, pero di naman ko ka-afford, ari nalang ko sa mga hardcore, okay2x ra baya. katung ipa-enrol nakog mahalun na gym, ipalit nalang nakog supplements
