Actually, it depends on how the consultant explained to prospective members. In my case, I always see to it that they all understand all the policies. I might say, some consultants are doing "HAOSIAO" because of the pressure from the quota. But for me, I dont mind if I achieve it or not as long as i dont hear complains in the future from my members. I read all those complains in these site but I really answered them to what I know is right as well. I am just being concern to all of my members. So far, all my members are still in good condition and they even see the results now. They even shared all these things to me and I respected their right to complain and I did not hesitate to approach this to our superiors and clarified these things.
And regarding those trainors, I agree on you guys. they really sucks. I was even ignored by them too. But i know trainors whom you could trust. I always give my members to trainors whom I believe are worthy. Nafeel sad nako kanang ipasa-pasa ka kung naa kay ipa-assist. Pero basta naa koy member nga mokuha ug P.T., I really make it to the point nga mabantayan sad nko sila. Pero ila raman sad ko ibalewala. BATASAN jud nila.....dont worry, will be here if you need help regarding these matters. |

mr. dick_boss,
you know what, no club in the philippines or even outside the country who accepts cash monthly. policy is policy. its not that we urges all interested party to secure a credit card. it even helped them from hassle cause it will just debit automatically but of course with permission from the cardholders. i really can't answer you exactly why they should need a credit card but one thing for sure, "THE CLUB DID NOT ASK FOR CREDIT CARD TO OVERCHARGE THEM ANYTIME THEY WANT." as what they all say....that is very wrong.....you just dont know how things were happening inside the office. if we, consultants, were pressured from the quota, the billing department suffers a lot cause all complains were thrown to them plus the daily reports to be passed to the head office. and as what i have said, these things, always started to the consultants who did not explain the policy clearly and correctly. |

Mr. Valdez
if you've browsed thru the complaints here thoroughly, it's not about cash or credit card payments per se. it's how Fitness First goes about their process with regards to members who want to discontinue their membership thru your company. most health clubs here in the US ie LA Fitness, are very efficient in dealing with simple transactions such as "membership cancelling, freezing etc" wherein they'll stop the auto deductions from credit cards as soon as the member terminates their membership on the same month. that's basically what current and previous members' woes unless they broke the terms of their contract wherein a member quit halfway thru a six month contract, that's another story. here's some FAQ's from LA Fitness' website: click here istorya.net is not only "more than just talk", it's also: Outreach Programs Caring for the Environment |
