Finland Massage in Downtown Cebu

I know there is this controversial massage place in the downtown area called Finland.

It's a massage parlor at the Luym Building that works as a prostitution front in disguise.

One of my neighbors, a lady aged 39, used to work there as an attendant. She admits that her massage skills are limited yet the Finland people hired her.
