The ovulation (rhythm) method works only if your periods are regular, meaning same number of days jud ang intervals every month. Ug irregular ang periods, good luck na lang!! Pangita jud ug lain contraceptive. Condom or pills. Ang withdrawal man pud gud scary kay basin naay gagmay semen nga mugawas early, and you only need ONE sperm nga mu-fertilize sa egg.
