Ovulation Method is 100% effective and all natural. This only applies to women who has regular menstruation cycle... meaning, you have your menstrual period after every 28-30 days. If not, this method doesn't work for you.
Simply start counting the day you have your first stain of blood even if it's only very minimal. That is day 1. You have to avoid having *** from day 9-19 since these are the days you are likely fertile (can get pregnant), day 14 being the surest or 100% fertile. That's pretty easy to remember. After those days, you can have coitus without withdrawal, condom or whatsoever.
So mas nindot dba because *** is something you should enjoy without holding back.. feel free to do that day 20 up to the time you have your menstruation again.
In case you wonder, I'm a nurse and I say that to all of my patients especially sa community kay sus naa jui uban na maabot ug 9 ang anak! and its a fact that 30% of Filipinos doesn't know na makabuntis ang coitus.. *sigh

@ malic .
right , as expalined by the nurse well, no wonder sweet au mo sa imo bf. Actually i had beed using this for already a year now . at first , mkuyawan pko . but after several months, mka salig nko. since it does works well and all natural.
About charting ayw pagsalig sa imo partner mao mo chart, i myself do the charting . 10 days after the cycle ends. u dunt have to withraw, but 11 - 19days u have to or less. 20 -28 days libre nasad.
and of course pre -cum is important . thats why its 80% effective. theres 20% chance for conception to happen . but i think its lesser than that,. pero when withrawing , it should be done right away, basi malimtan nya.
durin the 14th day is the peek . no *** is suggested. but this point is the most sexualy active for women.
about what u mentioned . that u can choose the *** of the child . as what ive heard from a scientist. it goes like this. :
male sperm(xy) : swims fast but dies early.
female sperm(xx) : swims slowly but dies longer.
sometimes it takes 10hours for sperm to swim until reaching the egg.
on the 14th day of ovulation . the egg is very near the opne cervix of the ovary. so if intercourse during this day the fastest sperm swimer is the male chromosome bearing sperm.
during 12-13 days / 15 -16th day of ovulation.
it takes longer for sperm to reach the egg. usually most male sperm dies before reaching the egg.
so more likely the female sperm dies longer although swims slowly but will be the ones that will reach the egg eventually.
condoms: we both agree we dun like it.
pills: she's afraid of side effect , nausea and posible ovary damage. although pills are proven safe.
patch: this also provides hormones through the skin that prevent ovulation.

mau lagi , importanti jud and *** education ,, dili lnag kay cge lang ta blaime ug condem other people. dili angay ang fear about *** , but we should understan it. maliban nalng about STD.
about this menthod.
u dun have to think of withrawal everytime u hav ***. since its unnecessary if there's no egg in the ovary. during 10days before and after menstrual cycle.
so hanggat sa susunod , dili lamang yan sa seneskwela. sa meron kaung natutunan . babye.
