once nagkitakits mi after work after pila ka months walay kitaay napansin nako nga ninggamay man cla . as in they lost a lot of pounds gyud. and they are happy with it. naa diay cla food program nga replacement sa meal nila but still get enough nutrients for their body. ako gani gipalitan ako sister and mama kay i was so amazed by the result. if interested sad mo guys or naa mo kaila na gusto itext lang ni xa pra dali ra ang response Red@09216571435

@junimon i agree with you bro. if people just wana take time reaching a goal of looking great then theres aerobics and veggies and fruits etc. who knows theyd look good by the age of 50 or 60. If looking great is the last of your priority in life then why spend money onto it. Just my opinion...
