yea i know, it's jst dat i jst close my eyes wen i feel stressed enuf. bt mayb il take ur advice, bt der s jst not enuf green things around in d office dat cud be a gud spot 2 stare on, evrything jst seems so bright dat u tend 2 worsen ur eyestrain. ur ryt though bout d palm thing i jst dnt c d point of it, peace ma'am

i've read an article about how to relax ones busy eyes more of an exercise
look to your leftmost then rightmost (pupils only, not with head) about 5 times up and down 5 times then rotate counterclockwise and clockwise 5 times...oks bah? don't try with contacts lenses on...or you'll end up with 2 pupils hehe ![]() (but don't try to look in between your forehead..yesh...ma libat jud ka! |

Good advice! Listen to the advise & apply it in your life you will see changes. Anyone once to be physically fit must exercise daily at least 20-30 minutes stretching exercise. And also it improve the phscyology of your body system. Try it know! |
