wow!bulgaray pud ang show ani woi.saonz.ako pud...usually 6x a day sad ko mukaon,heaps of rice and meat.ang rice buhaton ug snack.lol!but im not bulimic ha?saonz.basta ganahan lang ko mukaon.i weigh 40kls...as in daghan jud mashock and wa mag expect nga dako ko ug kaon kay niwang man ko.di pud as in niwang au ha?average lang gud.hehehe

nya if ur going to the gym everyday, nya grabe hardcore ka mu workout, your muscles must be fed all the time, consistent gyud ang supply sa imo protein. |

i use to weigh around 160 lbs last year, then i started bodybuilding, akong appetite kay grabe gyud. i eat every 3 hours, wako kasabot first, pero when i was researching about it, normal ra diay if ur working ur muscles.
One time i decided to skip 1 meal, uy, na hypoglysemia man hinuon ko (<--- is this the right spelling?). |

hypoglycemia or hypoglycaemia bro. tino-od gyud ka.. gutom gyud kaayo ning mag aswat ta.. kenahanglan kag standby food all the time kay dali kaayo ma burn imong gikaon.. sometimes i don't make it to 3 hours.. mga duha ka oras pa lang gutom na.. if i missed one meal, mura kog ka kuyapon kay ubos na kaayo ako glucose.
hi-pro kaayo na imo meals dah.. 5-6 times pud ko kaon but di nako ka abot og 12mn.. last meal nako usually in-between 7-9pm kay togsay nako mga 10-11pm. |
