Pinaka effective jud is avoid fatty foods and limit carbo intake. Unya kung mahimo kaon sa saktong oras and eat fruits ( especially apple and banana) if you feel hungry. Drink 8 glasses of water and ayaw na kaon pag sa gabii ug daghan.

just an update... so far mga 3 months na tingali ko sige og inom... (im the guy who started this thread)
mga 2 inches ra total ang nawala sa ako... but hey its better than no improvement at all) come to think of it, i still eat the "normal" eating habit... i dont do exercise kay tapulan ko... honestly guys, what i recommend is gwapo idungan ang proper food diet and exercise... im starting to do karon.... hehehe |
