Pinaka effective jud is avoid fatty foods and limit carbo intake. Unya kung mahimo kaon sa saktong oras and eat fruits ( especially apple and banana) if you feel hungry. Drink 8 glasses of water and ayaw na kaon pag sa gabii ug daghan.

yup... you just have to do the opposite kung gusto ka magpa-tambok...

pirmi inom og bugnaw kada kaon... eat sweets.... more carbo lading...
and in no time... moburot gyud ka... hehehe

just an update... so far mga 3 months na tingali ko sige og inom... (im the guy who started this thread)
mga 2 inches ra total ang nawala sa ako... but hey its better than no improvement at all)

come to think of it, i still eat the "normal" eating habit... i dont do exercise kay tapulan ko...

honestly guys, what i recommend is gwapo idungan ang proper food diet and exercise... im starting to do karon.... hehehe

what's the secret" drink water... that's it... so simple...
but you have to follow a certain ritual... unsaon pag-inom sa tubig...
(pwede tubig sa faucet if that's what your drinking right now or pwede sad kanang mga mineral water)


HOw to loss weight?

1. when you wake up... brush your teeth (para imong taste bud dili makalasa
og food or mag-crave og food)

2. drink 500 ml of water... (mga 3 ka baso ang equivalent ana. at first you'll
feel heaviness sa tiyan kay wa pa gud sulod... ingana lang na sa sugod.. you'll
get used to it.. ang imong motivation... GUSTO ka mogamay!!!)

3. after 2 hours drinking the 500 mL water, eat your normal meal... (it doesnt
matter kung kusog ka mokaon or dili... just eat your usual meal...)

4. during mealtime, AYAW inom og any COLD drinks (water, softdrinks, juice,
etc... aron ang imong gikaon ma-digest dayon sa tiyan... if you drink cold liquid,
dili matunaw ang fats... magpabilin ra hinoon na sa imong tiyan)

5. so what do you drink during mealtime? any LUKEWARM liquids... (pwede LUKEWARM
water, LUKEWARM tea, LUKEWARM softdrinks hehehe or gusto ka
LUKEWARM juice....hahaha) LUKEWARM will do... (the hot liquid facilitates your stomach
digesting those fats and cholesterol)

6. after 1 hour, you can drink ALL the COLD drinks you want... (pwede na ka mag-beer... hehehe..
pero discipline lang gyud during mealtime)

7. make it a habit to drink 500 ml of water 2 hours before a meal.... that's it!!!!
and during mealtime, ayaw inom og bugnaw....

what happened to me during 2-3 weeks? nilu-ag na gamay ang akong bakos... mga 1 to 1 1/2
ang paggamay sa akong tiyan....

ingon ni misis di na kuno kaayo naglanay ang akong tiyan... hehehe...
ingon ni officemate... nidaot kuno ko... hehehe

wala sila kabalo, kaon lang gihapon ko... sabay inom of LUKEWARM water...
nasa tubig lang pala ang sekreto...

Starting today (July 3), I just consumed 500mL of water at 7:30am..Meal break is at 9:30..30 minutes ago, nakafeel ko gutom au..nagkawala man ngkadugay..
