    in my opinion ug rough calculations mas mahal mn ang L-Men bai... tigum nlng mga 1.5k pra 2lbs na nga ON Gold Standard...

    i think i know about that briefing stuff, its actually a rehearsal for the stage thing... i had to accompany my wife to the clinic, little emergency about the pregnancy ill try if i can get there tomorrow though but i cannot assure that since we might need to go back for another follow up check up around 10am

    kinsa to bai nag bicep curl ug pila ang weight? xaro mka warm-up to xa 100lbs!!!

    ok ra bai bed rest ra c misis for now, gamay lang na complications ah...hopefully ma ok na na ni

    @bai nzo: wala ko kaila bai nzo, pero daku to ug lawas unya pution. buntag man to kasagaran nako makit-an, usahay pud kanang after lunch. astig to musud sauna kay pormal kaau, long-sleeves ug slacks unya paresan pajud na dakug lawas! imba! haha exagerated rato akong ingun na warm-up bai, hahaha wala ko kabantay sa iyang first set, pero 100lbs to iyang 2nd set unya 120lbs ang last. unya 100lbs akong max ron sa bench press. by the way, great news para sa imung wife. hopefully, lahos nanang pagka-ok. =)

    @bai dickron: hahaha bisag dili ka magpa-ila bai, klaro kaau ka kay tagsa ramong taas didto na daku ug lawas. hahaha



    buntag ta ko mag-workout ron pero karon lang ko kamata. hahaha kitakitz sa mag-wokrout karon hapon. =)

    haaist na human na jud intawn... glad to make it to 3rd place and satisfied...ang nag first kay ha-et kaau grabe ka cut ug ka condition, 2nd looks bigger and more conditioned than i do... lesson learned the hard way (...again) "CARDIO!!!"...i was right all along mas nindot ako conditioning last year...though i was technically dry na since wla nko gi singot so fluid manipulation was spot on, excess fat on the skin na lang jud...cant make it to bora yet as planned kay a lot of things to work for pa...next year na sad (kung naa pa ako dri..whahaha )whahaha...gelo was the photographer so he will post the pics hopefully - right gelo? weeee
