I currently have two pups at home right now and my problem is daghan kaayo ug stray dogs diri. Over 7 siguro, with one having bitten a neighbor a few days ago. Not sure if that dog had rabies. Furthermore, another neighbor's lab died a month ago due to Parvo.

I know what happens to strays when dakpon sila sa City Pound, but karon dila na jud madala. Masakiton man gud ni sila and I saw one nagsuka ug dugo. Is there any place to file a complaint?
