mubo raman guro bai..la kaabot 1 km..pier 1 ra cguro kutob..they opted for an underground tunnel instead of building a flyover above the plaza independencia for aesthetic reason..bati man sad naay flyover babaw sa plaza

Nope I think he was referring to the one in front of Acacia Estate... It seems like a high rise building considering the large beams and the crane..

I still don't have any idea about it..

ur ryt bai arnold, im referring to that structure with a crane beside it. i think its a high rise building too.. try to check at asiatown, another building will soon to rise..

the building you are reffering to is GOLDEN VALLEY HOTEL..their main office is located at the back of USC main, and the managing director is Mr. Benny Que..they targeted to open next year...
