Ang gusto sa akong igsoon nga lugar kay kanang sama diri sa Cebu na daghan malls ug uban pa nga masuroyan. Ug naa na ba mga condominiums didto sa Mindanao? Mas ganahan mupuyo akong igsoon sa condominium kaysa house and lot. Ambot pud ngano.

CDO chada puy-an.

Naa karon sa CDO ang biggest residential project of the whole Mindanao.
Major residential development are; Xavier Estates, Koresco, etc.

Malls? LimKetKai, SM, Gaisano, Ororama, plus other smaller stores.

Adventure? Whitewater Rafting, kayaking (kayakdomain.com), Mapawa adventure park, Cross country horse riding (Bukidnon to CDO), MTB (many options), Spelunking, Beach (almost all water sports), etc.

Very close to; Camiguin, Bukidnon, Cebu, Bohol, Surigao (Siargao), Dumaguete, etc.

Typhoon? CDO (mainly (except eastern) Mindanao) is NOT in typhoon alley, unlike Luzon and Visayas.

Generally, either CDO or Davao is the best place to settle in Mindanao.

Mao ba? Akoang ingnan akoang igsoon na kung malls iyang pangita, didto sya sa cagayan kay tua ang nindot ug pinakadaghang malls.

Naa pud condominiums sa cagayan sama diri sa cebu? Kay plano sa akoang igsoon sa condominium magpuyo aron dali daw ibaligya inig mubalhin nasad siya ug lugar.

Unsa diay ang naa sa cagayan nga wala sa davao? Ug unsa pud ang naa sa davao nga wala sa cagayan?

Asa'y mas daghan malls ug condominiums? Kay mao man ang gipangita sa akong igsoon. Ang iyang gusto kay kanang halos sama ra diri sa cebu in terms sa urbanidad.

Daghan condo sa CDO but you must contact a Real Estate agent in CDO to give you a clear answer. And the only way to do that is to personally come to CDO and have a look.

I've only been to Davao a couple of times. I never lived in Davao. I was born and raised in CDO until I was 29yo. So I cannot provide detailed comparison between CDO and Davao. CDO has better Whitewater rapids than Davao. But Davao has Mt Apo and CDO is very close to Mt Kintanglad, Bukidnon. CDO is close to Camiguin but Davao has Samal. CDO is closer to Siargao than Davao. etc.

I highly suggest Davao. Some of the reasons:

Presently the most competitive city in the country.

Among the cleanest and greenest and among the most peaceful city not just in the country but in Asia.

You will be safe here when with good intentions for the city. Sa Davao lang may 911 emergency hotline sa Pilipinas, I believe the city is 3rd in the world next to USA and Canada. Libre magtawag 911 bisan sa cellphone nimo 24hrs a day and complete sila sa international standard facilities from ambulance to K9. Pero inform lang daan dili safe ang Davao sa mga kriminal.

Daghan large Malls diri; Gaisano Mall of Davao is said to be the biggest mall among the Gaisano's and is presently expanding, Ayala Mall Complex is starting construction and SM recently bought a golf course in the north (56 hectares ang total area) for its 2nd mall branch (may SM na sa south, Ecoland); also Gaisanao Illustre, NCCC Mall, Victoria Plaza

For Tourism take a pick, mga mountain resort like Eden and Malagos, Philippine Eagle Conservation found only in Davao, apil na pud People's Park in downtown, whitewater rafting and crocodile park, country's longest Zip line in Dvo del Sur, volcanic sand beaches in mainland, island hop for white sand beaches in Samal (5 min. boat ride to island) and makita pud nimo diri the largest batcave population in the world; trekking adventures and of course, naa diri ang Mt. Apo. If you're a nature lover, Davao is for you.

Lots of exotic fruits like durian, marang, mangosteen, pomelo, etc. due to fertile soil and it's also typhoon-free.

As for condominums the first condo constructed was Eco4000 but dali kaayo na sold out. However, there's a unit reselling, it's 2 bedroom and furnished. the condo is walking distance to SM Ecoland. Will PM you na lang or will provide link. Under construction pud 3 7-storey buildings sa downtown

By the way Davao also got some awards like best police force, best LGU, best business chamber, and the regular tap water from Dumoy is considered the 2nd best in the world next to Netherlands'.

Like Cebu, Davao is a very progressive city.

Pero unta daghan pa condominiums magtukod aron mas mubarato ang presyo.

Sige akoang ingnan akong igsoon nga sa Davao ang pinakaduol sa Cebu in terms sa urbanidad. Ug gusto siya nga duol duol diri sa Cebu, pwede pud siya didto sa Cagayan.

i'd say CDO or Davao too...been there and saw that most people are willing to get out of their way to see what you're looking for...or perhaps that was just dumbluck...people there seems friendly most of the time...just an observation.
