What kind of a question is this? walay specs unsa na computer. HTH you expect people to help you? who cares kun naa ba sa internet cafe or sa burikatan na na computer. you left out the more important details.

Hardware:
1. Try checking your add-on PCI cards kung sakto ba pagka taud...
2. Try setting your CPU/FSB/Mem Timing to default speeds if overclocked...
3. Try checking your hardisk power cables kung sakto ba pagka taud especially Drive C...

Software:
1. Try checking for Virus/Spywares basig mao na ang cause...
2. Try to terminate some background Processes using Ctrl+Alt+Del and wait for a period of time kung mo hang-up pa ba...
2. If Blue screen display during hangups, reinstall OS... (maybe)

pasinsya na bai nakalimot man ko og hatag sa spics kuan d ai iyang spics : P4 nga 2.8Ghz , 40Gz samsung ang hard drive nya asus P4GE-MX ang mobo. 256Mb ang RAM unsa pa kinahanglang nga data bai ?

i check ang fan sa supply ug fan sa cpu bisag dili normal ang pag toyok ana!

kai kung dili normal ang toyok sa cooler may tendense nga mo hung up ang O.S mao nga mo overheat.........or busted ang mem.

try to check lng bro!

hehehe

1.) Pull out piece by piece: Reason: para malimpyohan ug ma check ang status sa imo mga hardwares visually.
2.) Clean contacts before putting all back in place. Better mboard, ram, vcard ug kboard ra una to simplify things para daku imo chance ma locate kung naa problem.
3.) go on with suggestions sa ubang members i know makatabang ila suggestions.

experience nako bro: KUNG DEFECTIVE ANG MEMORY
- mokalit lang ug hang ang application(any application).
- dili ka boot, pero maka sulod sa POST...OK kuno ang memory pero dili kalahos sa XPboot...mohunong sa part sa hardware interrupts...

na detect nga daut ang memory kay, I have 3modules PC133(1x256 ug 2x12. one by one gi-taud nako unya naay usa nga intermittent. usahay OK usahay dili. wala na nako gitaud, unya ni behave na ang PC. :mrgreen:

tingali pud ug naa bad block sa imo HD. ipa-doctor ang drive. try the foll:
- system mechanic pro
- advance system optimizer
- diskkeeper
maayo ni sila kay maka defrag ug registry/memory, aside sa HD defrag

kung spyware, I'm using microsoft antispyware...so far OK ra man.
kung virus, I'm using AVG...so far OK ra pud ni.
