Fax Software - What Hardware needed?

What hardware do I need to run a fax software on my PC through a DSL line? Do i need a separate 33.6k modem on the phone line? Is this possible at all?

bai Weed..if you have Fax BVRP software or any other fax software, the hardware you need is a scanner..you can then send fax with the "SCAN-TO-FAX" feature of the software.

abloyboat is right, you need a Fax/Dial up modem, the telephone line, a scanner and your Fax software in order to send fax.

about sending fax using DSL, you can try this site but i think with a cost..www.efAx.com

ahhh, okay... now i know. I'll probably stop by the mall to get me an internal fax modem later... ill also try that efax, it sems they have a 30-day trial.. hehehe

kinahanglan lang ang scanner kung naa na sa paper imong i-fax, needed pa to scan before fax. but kung ang imong i-fax naa na sa imong hard disk such as microsoft word file, dili na kinahanglan ang scanner. but of course, naa man gyod time nga ang imong i-fax naa na sa hard copy, wala pa sa imong hard disk, so buy nalang pod ug scanner. aron ma-usa, pwede pod buy anang printer/scanner nga 4 or 5 in 1. kana bitaw built-in na ang fax, scanner, printer, photocopy, etc.
