 Here's a ducting Mod, can be used to cool your CPU, Video Card or what have you Very Simple actually. definitely a DIY. So go make one! Equipment needed: 80mm Hole Saw Electric Saw Blade Sand Paper 80mm Fan (Remove blade and grill) note(Depending on what your are cooling you cans use what ever fans size you need) Turbo Glue Fan Filter. Plexi Glass. |

ahh, yes, now i get it... because your image number 6 has a sort of optical illusion effect, making the duct look like its outside... hehehe tkas for the clarification, this mod is something to look into... does it really help lower temps?

yes it does
by 2-3 degs because it supplies fresh cold air from the outside of your case directly to your CPU fan. It also does increase dust going into your PC, hence the fan filter. For the filer, im sure there are other cheaper alternatives too.Its a very cheap way to get better cooling!

Okay here's a really old mod that I did to cool off my OCed GF4 video card.

This things was attached to case through the PCI slots' screws. Power was provided by a 12v line to the power supply. Here it is at work.
