Default Post your rigs here!!!

If you dont have all optical drives (DVD, CD writer, CD rom, DVD writer + Digital Display for temps [ which can be modded to fit on top or side of the casing]) you could actually, by adding HD racks But I guess you must be full on that department too, not to worry though, we are currently designing and experimenting a locally made water cooling system small yet cool enough to fit even with the HD cage below Hopefully, we can release this sometime next year and they will be one third the prices of today's watercooling systems only Thats if the experiments are succesful And if they( the other scientists out there) dont come up with something like Liquid Nitrogen for home PC's hehehe

Default Full Battle Gear! :)

Man your system is full! I guess your just about ready for war man Especially with the 9700 coming and the 2 twinmos ddr 400 memory! Any chance you have a nuclear warhead somewhere in there? I dont think ill ever be able to upgrade my system to something like, As of the moment, ive spent over tons already and all my system does is sit there and collect dust, I just cant seem to find any use for it. Last game I played was Warcraft3 and after that, nada na gyud

O wait, I do use my 120 Gig HD for movie downloads and Mp3s... Been thinking bout getting a portable 180GB hd for the movies and mp3 then connect the the Extigy on the laptop and just let go of my system.. Hmmm.., what do you think : Naaaaaaaaah

 Hey crash burn why dont we start a thread for that..

It would be nice to find out some other things we could with our system Like I heard from someone who intigrated his PS2 on his system allowing him to play PS2 games with the video out of his monitor. And this was no emulator, the real thing gyud. I want to experiment with something else otherwise my PC will be known in my house as the heaviest paper weight around!

Example:
1.) I can also use my computer as a night light with the cold cathode on!
2.) By putting a 120mm fan blowing outwards on the side of your computer, it would act as small electricfan (blowing hot air! hahahaha!)

Get what I mean?

brand-new home-made rig, parts direct from gilmore

Intel P4-2.4B Malaysia
stock cooler
ABIT SA7 Sis645DX
256mb Kingmax PC2700
40 gb Maxtor Diamondmax Plus 8
Liteon CD-RW
9-month old GF3 Ti200
9-month old Klipsch Promedia 2.1
Sampo KM-718B
Lian li PC-6099B
Enermax 350w

i call this "budget performance"-except for the casing.

memory tips: Kingmax is the cheapest PC2700 around but cannot run at cas 2, samsung's better but hard-to-find, corsair xms3200's the best but really expensive.
