but... i think the Radiator fan needs a little improvement...
Fan blowing out from the radiator would be better than blowing in.

Thanks for the advice CrashBurn Much Appreciated.

We tested it both ways (Fan in front and fan at the back) and got the same temp on all results. The fan by the way is blowing into the radiator and out to the front of the casing (Just incase you didnt know, because I know at first glance it would seem that it is sucking heat from the radiator and blowing it to the back of the case )

We figured to put the fan there so that it would be easy to clean since this is our server class system. The Water cooling system is embedded on the case to make it more physically stable. Distilled Water/coolant refilling will be very easy and accesible to , actually it will be even easier to do than the process of changing and removing you HD
