Yes it can, at a very peak the GTX285's will consume 378watts only, avg should be in 300-350watts.

Yes it can, the PhenomII X4 925 is at 95watts peak if im not mistaken. with a complete system you might peak at 580-590watts and avg at maybe 500-550.

If you do need a higher wattage PSU, i personally believe that the HEC 1000watts cougar is a better choice and its roughly around 7.5k

Corsair HX 620W is like having a 750W PSU...You can also buy Corsair HX 1000W if need jud ka more power, I think budget is out of the question nmn cguro for you...Hehehe...
