Need Help for an ideal Specs for an Internet Cafe with a 20k budget per pc

I am asking for suggestions for a specs that would fit in, with a 20k budget - is this possible?
Gaming unit - that can play GTAIV,NBA2k9,Crysis....

Intel Pentium Dual Core E2200
Mobo - need suggestions
2GB Memory
512 MB video card PCI - need suggestions
160gig Hardisk
Black Casing / PS
17"LCD monitor
Keyboard

Headset

Processor is fine
For Mobo, You can always go for budget boards by Asus. Naay daghan and they're cheap.
Memory is fine
For Video Card, you can go for 9400GT or 3450 HD.
Hard Disk is fine. Gamay ra ang difference sa price ana compared to 80gig.
Casing and PSU can cost only around 1500. You don't need a Branded PSU since limited ang budget.
17" LCD Monitor? naay daghang barato for 20k budget per PC.
Keyboard, Mouse, Headset, 500w AVR, ok na kaayo. Sulod ra na sa 20k budget
