Default PC Express won't replace computer item

Hello All,

I bought a computer regulator from PC Express with 1 kilo watts and I used it for almost 3 months and I found out that the voltage indicator components inside the regulator melt. I return it to them but lately they told me that they can't replace the item because based on the technical report from their supplier the regulator was overload that's why the component inside was melted. But I know for sure that the regulator was not overload because I only put one computer on it. I plan to complain to DTI about it. Need your opinion about the issue. Thanks.

warranty is warranty!!!! If their product simply can't handle its job even do wala siya ma overlaod then mas dapat maalarma ang taga pcx kay ang ila product gibaligya dili maayo!!! simple as that!!!!

I don't even agree sa ila replacement policy if found (truely) defective. If replace-san man tuod ang item, you have to wait for 1 month for the repacement!!! The heck!!! I paid in full nya nataga-an ko ug deffective item!!! Mas dapat jud unta tagaan nila ug piority kay 1.) ning bayad ko ta ug full!!!! 2.) dili sila maulaw sa ila customer nga nahatagan nila ug defecteve item 3.) 1 month is too much!!!! if usa ra imu monitor nya you need to submit your thesis report na? palit ka bag-o?!!!!

nagka bati na bitaw ron ang PCXPRESS ... nagsalig man sila gud nga daghan sila og customer dili ra kai kita o ikaw ..

Bro, ingon sad cla sa nag ask ko dili cla mo replaced if mobo naa nangasunog na capacitors. Why man dili mana sala sa user? wala mansad na gi malmal kundi sala na sa product dba?

Ana jud na cla bro, mas maayo ma complain na cla para maka tilaw. Luoy kaayo tang mga consumers.

Talk to the owner, maybe he'll do something about it. Kay ingon ana, wala mansad silay mabuhat if dili sila replacean sa ila supplier

Bro, dili man cguro sala sa user if ang component mismo ni bigay, dili mana physical damage ang nasunog bro. Ok! for instance, nasunog ang usa ka item like avr unya ni kalat ang sunog sa uban nga mga parts etc...unsaon nalang if hasta balay ma apil unya u think physical damage gihapon na?

Ako i tried 2x before sa Sirlitz nakapalit kog PSU generic then ila man lage gi replaced. Same sad na sa case niya sa iya AVR nasunog coz sa atong kuryente nga dili manta ka predict nga permanenting maayo o sakto sa voltage dba? Of course mao na kasagaran cause ma guba or masunog mo leak ang AVR, PSU etc..cause by bad electricity. In other words dili na sala sa customer ok.

I hope makasabot mo.

sa ako lang sabot ha, murag angay man jud na ilisan kay naa mana warranty diba? pero kung imo gi ukab while naa pa warranty kana lain napud nag storya... diba di man tingali na pwede ukbon while naa warranty?

no offense ha, ask lang ko ha ngano nakabalo man ka naay ni melt sa sulod?

maypa niingon nalang ka bro na guba ang regulator para ilisan nalang ka ug bag-o hehe

pila man value anang imo regulator bro? do you think worth it to go to DTI and complain?
if you think so, then complain bro... basin naa pa diri lain same nimo ang experience, kay mas daghan mocomplain, mas maatiman nila ug dali...

Bro, medyo sayop ka gamay, maski unsa ka gamay sa item ug value kwarta baya gihapon na and its worth jud complaining. If di ka mo complain, pasabot wala kay pakialam sa value sa money nga nawala ra.

Pero, ang product gani na open nimo maski u suspected naguba AYAW jud na ablihi kay ma void ang warranty. Bahala na cla mo abli basta dili lang ikaw.
