I don't know maybe I don't have positive aura for them. With regards to interaction I don't think I did the damn way of interacting to them, maybe they damn don't understand my point but they have their argument also we can't blamed them (the overload thing) but on my side I don't see any point in mishandling the item.

bro... mu add up lang ko sa imong defence bro ha... they said man sa na imo daw gbutangan ug lain equipment imong AVR mao daw na overload... well "IF" ("kung" lang bro ha) imo kunuhay gbutangan pa ug lain equipment diba dapat mu butu pa una ang fuse ana?? so la gihapon cla lusut... wala man ni boto ang fuse, naguba man diretsu... so ang cause sa damage kay dili overloading due to adding another equipment... naa jud na something inside the AVR or ang FUSE mismo... more power bro... i share nya na ila mga palusut sa amo bro.. d natin cla tatantanan.... hehehe..

But I know for sure that the regulator was not overload because I only put one computer on it. I plan to complain to DTI about it. Need your opinion about the issue. Thanks.
I do agree to some sentiments to our fellow storyan who brought their comments, but as I oberve most of them having a one sided comments not even considering the sides of the coin. I've been once a Computer Retailer/Buyer so i understand the both sides.

In my own Technical Opinion:
You used that AVR for 3months, 3 months was too long enough to proved na ang load na imo gibutang sa avr kaya niya (wich you say One Unit). How come na nag melt ang voltage indicator if wala ka mag dugang og load. 1st reason maybe we would say basin ni taas og kalit ang Voltage mao na melt nag brownout man gud! - but 3 months was long enough para ato ma proof na ang average na voltage sa imo source kaya sa avr bisan pa sa pinaka maximum na iya ihatag. 2nd reason maybe naa problema sa product-but if i were the Store Owner, Purchasing or Manager i will surely remove that item on my Pricelist, kon complained lang ako madawat ana, since they keep on selling the item i presume na wala silay na encounter na masses of complained na recieved.

As a retailer I should find a way so that i could satisfy my customers, and pc express provided you that, since they try to pull out that item bisan na og sunog, they are hoping a good response from supplier, its just that the supplier strongly believe that the cause of melt was due to overload or in other word supplier found out that it was your fault i think they had a better proved to that. Since ang Policy nila pag sunog Void. wala ta mahims!

I can't answer that question bro kay kabalo ko og unsay akong gbutang sa regulator, maybe ang maka answer ana ang quality control sa manufacturer. Because ang ako ra gyud gi after na gusto ko pa replace sa item is the justice and I want them to have a fair business practice and dealings to their customer. I feel na agrabyado ko na dili ka ilisan na kabalo ka na wala kay gbuhat na makadaot sa unit.

And I ask you if wala sila na encounter na mass complained sa product is that a good reason na dili sila mo replace sa item?

Syempre ila gyud dawaton kay it's under warranty. Maybe if they have a better prove of it but how about also my proved that I didn't overload , abused or mishandled the item. To frankly tell you If I feel that I caused the meltdown because I abused the item I don't spend too much time going back to their office to make a follow up because the amount is not too much to waste my time but what we are talking here right now is the principle that its not fair for them to breach the warranty and I don't want them to do it to other customers as well.

And for your information also when I bring that item to them they told me that their is already the same case happened to that item and the supplier didn't replace the item but I keep firm that they should replace it because its under warranty. That statement already proved that there is really something wrong with the product because I'm not the only one who encounter the same problem but maybe the previous customers don't want to waste their time about it necause the amount is that that big.

I think you should also know the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA No. 7394)

Chapter 3 - Consumer Products and service warranties

Article 68 letter b. Express Warranty #3 states that

When shall the retailer be subsidiarily liable under the express warranty?

The retailer may be subsidiarily held liable attaches in the following instance: - In case where both the manufacturer and the distributor failed to honor the warranty the retailer shoulder the expenses and costs necessary to honor the warranty but the retailer is not prevented from pursuing actions against the distributor and manufacturer.

Justice will prevail.
Early this afternoon somebody called me from PC Express office and told me that I can now get my replacement or if I don't want the AVR anymore and opt to get a UPS I will just pay additional cost less the amount that I paid from the AVR. I asked them what made the management change their decision about the issue? They told me that the management has the plan to pull out all the products this supplier provide to them if they will not consider to replace this item and this made me think that they realize that they're not in the right decision to breach the warranty.
