update nya bro kung unsa ang result.. even pila pa ang kantidad sa butang, kwarta gihapon na, lisud pangitaun, so ilisan jud kung nasud pa sa warranty..

e.complain jud na bro, bahala na kung unsa ka mahal or barato sa butang..

as long as you did nothing to void the warranty like open your regulator then dapat lang ilisan ka.

Dili man to ma consider as physical damage bro kay wala man ma damage ang casing sa regulator. It's the voltage meter indicator nga naa sa front ang nag melt.

i hear you bro. ako nagpaabot sa replacement sa psu. 1 month ang waiting. atay kaayo ng sistema sa pcx. abi jud nako nindot na sila. bati pud diay.

Kani ako regulator bro is May 5 pani nako nahatud sa ilaha but hangtud karon wala gyud ilisi og wala namo gi follow up wala lang gyud sad nagpakabana og tawag nako. Napalit ni nako is May 3, 2008. But the worst thing is ingnon ka nga dili ilisan kay mao lagi kuno na overload. But dihay natoy time na they called us and inform me na naa na kuno ang regulator sa ila warehouse but pag adto nako daghan kaau og alibi na mao ni mao na wla diay kuno...

PAETA GUD BRO! supposed to be AWR unta na! coz wala pay 7 days then, ang pull out if beyond 7 days man...grabe gud ka dugay na ana. Ayaw padala ana nila bro. Kwarta gud na maski unsa ka gamay, pero mahimo ba diay ang dako if wala ni agi sa gamay diba? its not worth it kanus-a pa diay ka mo reklamo kana nang dako mawala sa imoha? remember big things came from small things.

My best advice tawagi ang DTI cebu heres the number: 2532631 Look for Ynez. Complain did2 if di madala adtoa jud then they will help you for sure.

PEOPLE AVR is not P1.00 or P100 thing medyo 3x a 100 dba? medyo worth sad na i reklamo.

Holy crap, i just bought my computer set sa Pcxpress just recently. coz i though nice ila service. ingon ana diay na kung naa replacement? 1 month ang huwat? i'd rather buy a new replacement nalang.

try checking your receipt naa didto ang policy nila. naa didto nakabutang kung pila ka days effective ang automatic replacement. every part lain2x ang number of days for AWR. kung mulapas na ka sa number of days sa automatic replacement for a certain part then most likely you will have to wait for a month for the replacement. daghan na ko na pailisan sa PCX, ok ra man. by the way, sa NRA branch diay ko tigpalitan so dili ko makasulti kung unsa ang service sa jones.

thread starter: pailisi na dayon before mahurot imo 7 days na AWR. hangyo lang gud madala ra lagi na.

kung unsa ang service sa NRA na branch mao ra gihapon sa JONES branch...
kung mopalit mo sa PCX paminawa ang warranty policy na isulti sa releasing area, then read also what is written at the back of their Order Slip (they called it SO)..
