Nasolbad na ako problema bro, but wala pa kaau nako natest. Medyo drastic ako solution kay makaguba tungod sa static, but ako gitangtang ang CMOS chip, clean it, and place it back. Na-notice nako pagtangtang nga ang contacts sa chip isn't shiny anymore. Could be the problem.

comment lang ko ha, there's nothing drastic about removing the cmos battery. if you're concerned about static electricty, plug your psu to the wall then touch the metallic part of your chassis at the back.

d man cguro battery iya ipasabot na drastic bro... ang CMOS chip itself not d CMOS battery... It is really sensitive to static...

sa case ni krkchn maybe ang CMOS chip contribute a lot sa failure... meaning defective pud ang Mobo... ang sa imuha i isolate usa na para ma determine if unsa ba jud ang failure... reset d bios, or replace d battery...
