It depends on what version of Adobe Photoshop you're using, I'd recommend NVidia if you're using CS5 and lower.

But if you're using CS6, I'd recommend the 7870, since Adobe CS6 uses OpenCL, and it benefits a lot when you have an AMD card.

    Check this link for comparison.

    edit: 7870 > 660

if mag HD 7870, pili-a ang HD 7870 Extreme kun naa available dha... kani sya, duol2x ni'g performance sa GTX 660 Ti due to its faster memory compared to the normal or OC HD 7870... 6000 MHz man ang mem clock aning HD 7870 Extreme then ang core clock niya, inig i-manual OC, himo na sya'g GHz Edition... basically, the HD 7870 Extreme (Tahiti LE) is a HD 7950 in disquise (reduced number of stream processors, reduced mem bandwidth and reduced memory capacity from the HD7950 - Tahiti)... ma -Xfirex ni sya sa HD 7950 but not on a stock or factory OC'ed HD7870...

yes I agree, 7870 may be cheaper, but how cheap? If you are also considering for power consumption, it will run cheaper if you go for the 660ti + better framerate in BF3 and texture

Kindly see the tail of the tape: (just like in boxing)
Radeon HD 7870 vs GeForce GTX 660 Ti

its not about the winner anymore, 7870 may win in points but its about opinion and its your choice.

    Personally I go for
    1) power consumption (dili barato atong kuryente diri)
    2) performance ( its not too steep compared to 7870, its bearable )

Me, im just using an EVGA 650, with total maximum power consumption of only 130w on Medal of Honor Warfighter, idle is 86w. On the long run, i save power costs.
