Kani na set of questions illegal ni sa U.S. kay strict sila sa implementation sa anti-discrimination law.... pero sa Pinas part ni siya normally sa mga interview questions. Dili man gud super formal interview dire naa jud pakapin chika-chika ba. Murag tell me who your friends are and I will tell you who my friends are para mas masaya... alrights! Heheheh.

i can't imagine those questions being illegal here. US nuOn, but that's because they're a melting pot of different cultures and nationalities...its not exactly the same for us here. those questions didn't seem to sound too inappropriate.
but if those questions aren't exactly lawful, which part of our laws say its illegal? ![]() Bleach is kick-ass LOVE. |

@ kugtong:
I don't see why a company should hate you if you have full of secrets. What kind of company would like to know about your personal secrets??? As long as it ain't related to your job then I see no reason to divulge everything about me that is irrelevant to the job I'm applying for. Do you see yourself answering an interviewer who asked you if you had s** last night??? If I chose not to answer that question should the company that I'm applying for hate me coz I made it a secret? Point is --- there's a limit to personal questions. And I would definitely disagree that companies will hate you for being secretive unless you're referring to transparency with work. And if ever I will come across a company na ingon ana, it would be better na dili pud ko ma-hire ana na company. Who would want to join a company who na intrusive kaayo about imo personal life??? And wala pud ko kasabot sa imo pasabot ani: "If you are somewhat mentally challenge or have mental disability, they will hire you as well, it's good for the company too. " You have a weird definition for qualified employees... Unless nangita ka ug hardinero, oo, pwede! And physical appearance is very important? Kung dili ko gwapo dili ko ma-hire??? Nagtrabaho ba ka sa HR karon? Kaluoy pud sa imong gipang-interview oi... |
