as what i learned from my human resource management class (hehe) there are really many unprofessional HRs that asks illegal and unlawful question..
yeah at times these questions become discriminatory what HRs should put in mind is -if what they're asking are job related and can detect one's performance. like "marital status" -that's totally discriminating.. if the company can't justify why they have to ask that, u can go to court and complain. (like if they can't present any evidence that singles perform better,, you'll surely win!) |

.. but i find it weird for an interviewer to ask u some of the question like how old are u, wen it's clearly stated in the resume .. .. but then so far, i was not asked man sab ani na mga questions .. .. nuon u have the free will to answer it or not dba? |
